Shipping Policy

The image are printed at the time of the placed order. Prints are sent from Austria.

Please note that the estimated production time (delivery time not included) is 8 -14  business days as this limited edition artwork is made to order. From time of shipping, the artwork will usually arrive at the buyer’s destination between 4 to 15 business days, barring any delays due to customs clearance.To identify which courier is handling your package, please locate the email notification you received when the artwork shipped.

*If you live in an area experiencing severe weather, natural disasters, or any other unforeseen major events, your package may be delayed. Please add an additional  2 - 8  business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

All images are carefully prepared for shipping, rolled and packaged in tubes for largely prints and box for small prints for secure delivery.

* If an printed works are sold via a third party website, the terms and conditions of the third party website will apply to the purchase in question by the applicable purchaser via the third party website.
 
Important:
Customers are solely responsible for all duties and import taxes . These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country. Please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. So if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any customs/duty/taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.

Contact Svetlana Neskovska before returning any items. You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.

Return Policy

Please contact  Svetlana Neskovska before returning any items. Please use the contact page It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts  Svetlana Neskovska and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint.

Return Conditions

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Svetlana Neskovska suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.

Svetlana Neskovska will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case.

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges. Svetlana Neskovska is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage

Please note: Do not ship the artwork before you have take a contact!

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

What to do :

- Within 14 days of your merchandise delivery date, please use the contact page

- Save original packaging

- Take photos of damaged artwork and packaging. Please email these photos!

Unclaimed Packages

For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Svetlana Neskovska reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
